For most projects, standard turnaround is 3–4 business days from the time all files and notes are received. Rush options are sometimes available; mention your deadline on the form so we can confirm before you send files.

Silverlens accepts all common camera and delivery formats, including .mp4, .mov, ProRes, DNx, and most mirrorless/DSLR codecs. If you’re unsure about a specific format, just include a short sample in your first upload and it can be checked before the full job.

Each project includes one round of technical adjustments (for example: small changes to noise reduction strength, stabilization, or exports). Creative editing changes, like pacing, music, or story, are left to your editing team.
